AON is an Ipa that has everything you could want in one, if what you want is a hop sandwich. It's a 7.7% Simcoe and Columbus delight. Only get to make this 2 more times till 2013!

Wheat Freak Ale...gone
WFA is not your typical wheat beer, but none of our beers are typical anyway, it has a pretty good load of Cascade and Centennial hops in it and its around 5.5% abv. 42 IBU
Little Big Hop...will return soon
LBH is a beer you can drink all night and still remember what your wife's name is. This beer has boat load of Amarillo and Cascades in it but it's a 3.8% session beer, so drink up. 30 IBU
Collaboration Ale...going fast...gone, sorry
Colab ale is a beer that Dylan, the head brewer from Civil Life Brewing in Saint Louis, and I got together on and brewed here at my place with a new hop blend called Falconer's Flight. It's a 6.5% hoppy treat that has to be tried to believe.
Hibiscus Wit...it's all over the place
Heres what I've been goofin around with for a while. I love belgian wits on hot summer days (or freezin your butt off days). Anyway I took a witbier and threw in a bunch of hibiscus flowers from Egypt and made the stuff even better. 5.2%
Unicorn Killer Saison 2... on draught and in bottles now
UK2 is a new version of UK1 using different spices that I can't freely talk about without getting in trouble from the powers that be... let's just say this one doesn't have fresh unicorn milk like the first one did. It's gonna be around 6.5% ABV
Cat Spit Stout...just ask for it
Coffeey, roasty, blah blah blah its a stout, just drink it, it's really good. 5.2% ABV
El Gato Grande...go and get some
EGG is another IPA that we came up with. All you need to know is over 3 lbs. per barrel of Columbus, Amarillo and Citra. 7.6% ABV 62 IBU
Liquid Spiritual Delight... in bottles and draft now
LSD is a 7.5% stout that is a chewy, chocolaty and a joy to behold. We will be putting it and some of our other beers in 750ml bottles by the end of the month.
