AON is an Ipa that has everything you could want in one, if what you want is a hop sandwich. It's a 7.7% Simcoe and Columbus delight.

Wheat Freak Ale...Go on an getchyasum
WFA is not your typical wheat beer, but none of our beers are typical anyway, it has a pretty good load of Cascade and Centennial hops in it and its around 5.2% abv. 32 IBU
Little Big Hop...will return soon
LBH is a beer you can drink all night and still remember what your wife's name is. This beer has boat load of Amarillo and Cascades in it but it's a 3.8% session beer, so drink up. 30 IBU
Hibiscus Wit...it's all over the place
Heres what I've been goofin around with for a while. I love belgian wits on hot summer days (or freezin your butt off days). Anyway I took a witbier and threw in a bunch of hibiscus flowers to make it even better. 5.2% ABV 24 IBU

Brew Cocky is another IPA I came up with that is brewed with loads and loads of Falconers Flight hops that just explode in your face. 9.5% ABV 119 IBU

Unicorn Killer Saison 3... prolly all gone
UK3 is the newest version of Unicorn, it is just a simple Saison with some Centennial and Styrian hops added in the fermenter. 6.5% ABV
Cat Spit Stout...just ask for it
Coffeey, roasty, blah blah blah, it's a stout, just drink it, it's really good. 5% ABV
El Gato Grande...go and get some
EGG is another IPA that we came up with. All you need to know is over 3 lbs. per barrel of Columbus, Amarillo and Citra. 7.6% ABV 62 IBU
Liquid Spiritual Delight... time to drink it
LSD is a 7.5% stout that is a chewy, chocolaty and a joy to behold.

Just love making IPA's, so here's another one that uses a newer hop blend called Zythos that is just delicious and should be enjoyed with a blow-up doll or something similiar.
It is 8.5% ABV 96 IBU
Katy... limited amounts made all year
Don't know what to call it besides a Brett Beer. This one gets aged for 3 months in oak barrels with Brettanomyces Lambicus, a cool yeast that gives this beer a wonderfully pretty aroma and flavor that everyone better like or else I'll look you up and teach you a lesson.

Albino Pygmy Puma...all the time
APP is a hoppy pale ale, I reckon, with Cascade, Centennial and a touch of Summit hops in it.
Prolly the best pale ale in the history of mankind.
